Your guaranteed fixed fee conveyancing quote for this sale is $525 which and the following compulsory searches required to prepare your contract for sale:

1. Agent's fee for attending settlement

We will provide a soft copy of your contract to your nominated real estate agent and also to you by email. That will make it easy for your agent to market your property for sale and greatly assist in the marketing process.

We require an upfront non-refundable deposit of $330 when you instruct us to prepare your contract. The balance is payable on settlement of your property .
