When you come in to see us, we review your contract free of charge. In the event that the purchase does not go ahead, our firm believes in being fair to you. We will not charge you any fees for our time with only fees for searches etc already paid on your behalf being charged to you.

We require an upfront non-refundable deposit of $250 with the balance being payable on settlement of your property. Additional costs to consider are:
